Terms.
- Retainers are billed monthly in advance, no minimum and 30 days' notice to cancel or change tiers after that.
- A LinkedIn Job Slot is in use while a role is live on LinkedIn. Closing a filled role frees the slot immediately.
- Unused Job Slots do not roll over to the next month.
- Candidate data belongs to you and your client. Full exports are available on request, including when a role closes or you leave.
- Pivot + Edge does not contact candidates or clients directly. You own those relationships.
Good questions.
Will my clients see Pivot + Edge?
Yes. The account is listed under Pivot + Edge, and every job posting carries a "Powered by Pivot + Edge" line at the bottom. Everything else on the posting can be branded however your client wants. Need to keep a search confidential? We can run it as a stealth search.
Can I use it for more than one client at once?
Yes. Run as many clients and ATS postings as you like; only LinkedIn Job Slots are capped by package.
What does "candidate bucket cleaning" actually mean?
We review each applicant against the must-haves you agree with your client (location, work authorization, core experience, and so on). Clear mismatches are moved out with a note, and qualified candidates are tagged for your review. We don't interview or reject anyone on your behalf without agreed criteria.
What if I have a busy month?
Add extra LinkedIn Job Slots for that month and drop them when things quiet down.
Can I move between packages?
Yes. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
What happens to candidate data when a role closes?
It stays in the ATS for future searches unless you ask us to export or delete it.
