How does the flat fee work?
A flat $7,500 for every role we fill, whatever the salary. It does not move when the offer does. The call walks through your full cost, including any monthly retainer.
How long does a hire take?
Our average time to hire is 39 days. On the call we look at your roles and tell you what to expect for each.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Every solution comes with flexibility and no long-term contract.
